Delete Your Timemaxx Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Timemaxx on your phone.
2. Tap your initial in the top right of Dash to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, then tap Delete forever.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you have one, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first, or you will keep being charged.

If you can’t use the app

Email support@timemaxx.app from the email address you use for Timemaxx, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will check it is you and delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Every time log and activity you logged
• Your notes
• Your Timemaxx chat history
• Your settings

Backups

We keep encrypted backups of our database for 90 days. Anything you delete is gone from those backups within 90 days. We only keep records longer where the law requires it, for example for tax, and those never include your time logs, notes or chat history.

Deleting some data only

You can delete individual logs and notes in the app without deleting your account.
