Delete Your Timemaxx Account

How to request deletion

To delete your Timemaxx account and all associated data, email support@timemaxx.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm your identity and action the request promptly.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (managed by Clerk)
• All time logs, activity items, streaks, and notes
• Your AI chat history
• Your app settings and preferences

What may be retained, and for how long

Your personal data and time records are deleted from our systems within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. We may retain limited records for a longer period only where required to meet legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations — these retained records do not include your time logs, notes, or AI chat content.

Partial deletion

If you want to delete specific data (for example, individual notes or logs) without closing your account, you can do this directly in the app, or include the details in your email request above.
