1. Acceptance of Terms

Timemaxx is operated by The Bridged (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Timemaxx, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Timemaxx is a time-tracking app built around a logging loop: at each interval it prompts you to record how you spent your time, and it provides a dashboard, streaks, and an AI-assisted journal to help you make sense of your time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Notifying us of any unauthorised access

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Timemaxx is a paid subscription with a 3-day free trial. Plans are weekly (US$5.99) or annual (US$49.99), or the local-currency equivalent shown at purchase.
• Payment is charged through your Google Play or Apple App Store account when the free trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings — not through us.
• Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you purchased through (Google Play or Apple).
• We will give notice of any price change as required by the applicable store.

5. AI Features

The AI journal generates responses based on your logged data. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for reflection only — it is not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you act on it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users’ accounts, interfering with our systems, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Timemaxx app, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by The Bridged and protected by intellectual-property laws. The content you create (your logs, notes, and journal entries) remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to store and process it to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Timemaxx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
